A limited edition every month
In collaboration with Cat Coquillette, we translated her fascination with Thailand, its untamed beauty and natural contrasts, into a unique Limited Edition design – inspired by her personal favorite destination in Southeast Asia.
She is the third in the Buvanha X Artists series, in which we collaborate with seven artists worldwide to create a one-off edition of unique travel towels designed by them.
“This towel is more than just a travel essential – it's a work of art, inspired by my time in Thailand, a country that changed my life forever.
Thailand is full of magical contrasts: the mighty tiger, which embodies strength and courage, and the delicate lotus flower, which represents grace and resilience. I have incorporated precisely these contrasts into my design – the wild power of nature and its peaceful harmony.
“Every line and every color reflects for me the feeling that makes Thailand so unique – powerful, inspiring and full of life.”

How Thailand inspired her…
For her towel design, Cat was inspired by the contrasts of Thailand – where raw power and wild nature meet refined beauty and inner peace.
With this design she not only wants to capture the symbolism of the tiger and the lotus flower, but also the sense of inspiration and harmony that Thailand gives her time and again.

The tiger, symbol of strength and courage, and the lotus flower, symbol of grace and resilience – for Cat they are more than just motifs.
They embody the essence of her design: the contrasts, the energy and the profound beauty that make Thailand so magical for her.
It is an ode to her life as a traveling artist and to the special place that Thailand holds in her heart.

Support Hand to Paw with every travel towel sold
For this Limited Edition, I've chosen a project close to my heart: Hand to Paw – a non-profit organization dedicated to helping stray cats and dogs in Thailand.
For every towel sold, we provide four nutritious meals for a stray dog or cat. This way, you contribute to the care and protection of animals in need, while also taking a piece of Thai soul home with you.
